Our refund policy is designed to be fair and clear, so you can book your South Asian adventure with peace of mind. Cancellations by You: We get it, life’s unpredictable! Here’s how refunds work if you need to cancel:
60+ days before departure: Full refund, minus a $100 admin fee per person to cover processing costs.
30-59 days before: 50% refund of the total tour cost (we’ve likely booked hotels and guides by then).
Less than 30 days: No refunds, as most arrangements are finalized. But we’ll try to offer a tour credit for a future trip (valid for 12 months, subject to availability).

Note: Non-refunded deposits or fees may apply to third-party services (e.g., visa agencies), which we’ll communicate clearly.
Cancellations by Us: It’s super rare for us to cancel a tour (think once-in-a-blue-moon scenarios like extreme weather or safety issues). If we do, you’ll get:
A full refund, including deposits, within 14 business days.
Options to reschedule to a similar tour or different dates at no extra cost.
Reasons for cancellation might include insufficient travelers (minimum 4 per tour), natural disasters, or government advisories in South Asia. We’ll notify you at least 30 days out (or ASAP for unforeseen events).
Changes to Bookings: Want to switch your Tamil Nadu tour to a Sri Lanka adventure? We’ve got you:
60+ days before departure: Free changes to dates or tours (subject to availability and price differences).
30-59 days before: $50 change fee per person, plus any cost differences (e.g., if the new tour is pricier).
Less than 30 days: Changes subject to availability, with a $100 fee and cost differences. We’ll do our best to accomodate!
Contact us to request changes, and we’ll confirm within 48 hours.
Non-Refundable Items: Some services, like special permits (e.g., for Nepal trekking) or event tickets, are non-refundable once booked. We’ll flag these during booking so you’re not caught off guard.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or other surprises. We don’t provide it, but we can suggest trusted providers. It’s your safety net for South Asia’s vibrant chaos!
