These Terms of Service (ToS) apply when you book a tour, use kaarasaaram.com, or contact us at +1 281-694-2873 or [email protected]. By booking, you agree to these terms, so give them a read!

Booking and Payment:
Booking Process: Secure your spot with a 30% deposit (non-refundable after 24 hours). Full payment is due 45 days before departure. Late bookings (less than 45 days out) require full payment upfront.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank transfers, or PayPal, all in USD. Installment plans are available for bookings 90+ days out—ask us how!
Late Payments: If payment’s overdue, we’ll send a reminder. Non-payment may lead to cancellation without refund (we’ll give you 7 days’ notice).
Confirmation: Your booking’s confirmed once we recieve your deposit and send a confirmation email.
Traveler Responsibilities:
Travel Documents: You must have a valid passport (6+ months validity), visas for India/Sri Lanka/Nepal, and any required vaccinations. We’ll provide visa guidance but you’re responsible for obtaining them.
Health and Safety: Share any medical conditions or dietary needs at booking so we can make arrangments (e.g., vegetarian meals). Follow local laws and our guides’ instructions for safety.
Behavior: Be respectful to fellow travelers, guides, and locals. Disruptive conduct (e.g., harassment) may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Our Responsibilities:
Tour Delivery: We’ll provide the tour as described, including accommodations, transport, and guides. Minor changes (e.g., due to weather or festivals) may occur, but we’ll prioritize your experience and notify you ASAP.
Safety: We partner with vetted local providers and monitor travel advisories. We’re not liable for events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).
Cancellations: If we cancel a tour, you’ll get a full refund or rescheduling options (see Refund Policy).
Liability:
Travel Risks: South Asia’s vibrant—think bumpy roads or spicy food! We’re not liable for injuries, losses, or damages from unforeseen events (e.g., flight delays, accidents). Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Third Parties: We’re not responsible for services outside our control (e.g., airlines, visa agencies), though we choose partners carefully.
Limitation: Our liability is limited to the tour cost. We’re not responsible for indirect losses (e.g., missed work).
Intellectual Property: Our website content, logos, itineraries, and the “Kaarasaaram” name are our property. Don’t reproduce or use them without permission. Feel free to share our social media posts with credit!
Force Majeure: We’re not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, like natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. We’ll work to reschedule or refund per our Refund Policy.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be handled in courts in Katy, TX. We’ll try to resolve issues directly first—reach out to us!
Updates: We may update these terms to reflect changes in our operations or laws. Check kaarasaaram.com for the latest version before booking. We’ll notify you of major changes via email.
